If you order through their web page it will be as messed up as if you call them. Not to mention food is lousy, cold (when delivered), and you better not try Joy Luck 1,2,3 their food is equally bad as 4. I guess I went back thinking I had three bad experience, never again. Shame on me, in 3 years their service some how continues to go down hill.

I ordered deliver online and it took well over an hour. General Tsos tofu leaves a lot to be desire

We prefer Joy Luck to the other options in the area however, their delivery takes a long time. Tonight we ordered on line and it took an hour and a quarter to be delivered. They should let you know that so you can opt to pick it up instead

We have been ordering from here for a couple of years regularly, food has been decent, but the past couple of times we ordered we had to call after waiting over an hour to remind them we ordered food, and we would have semi warm food 10 minutes later. Tonight we called after an hour and 10 minutes, then waited 20 more minutes and finally called to cancel our order completely. Not going to be ordering from them again.

Last resort chinese takeout.Some old standards like egg foo young and moo shi pork are edible. Not bad fried rice. I have not had good experience with delivery.

Customer service?... it's a delivery/pickup spot... get off your high horse dude/B*tch... food is good, always has been. And no I don't work for them... I order regularly.
